These terms apply to sessions, programs and retreats booked with Loukas Panether trading as Everylife.

Booking

A booking is confirmed once payment is received through the booking system. For in-person sessions the address is emailed to you at that point. Programs and retreats are arranged directly and their terms are confirmed in writing before anything is paid.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• More than three days before your session: reschedule at no cost, or cancel completely for a full refund.
• One to three days before: rescheduling is free. A complete cancellation in this window carries a $50 fee, with the balance refunded to your account.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: the session is not refunded. That time was held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else at short notice.

Life happens, and if something genuinely unavoidable comes up, say so. These terms exist to be fair to you, to him, and to the person who would have taken your slot.

Session length

Stated durations are a guide. Loukas does not work to a clock and a session may run longer than scheduled if the work requires it. Please allow room in your day rather than booking something immediately afterwards.

Programs and packages

Multi-session packages and programs are arranged individually. Payment plans are available on the longer programs. What is included, over what period, and on what payment terms is confirmed with you in writing before you commit.

Suitability

Loukas may decline or end a booking where the work is not appropriate for you, including the circumstances set out in the disclaimer. Where he declines a booking before it takes place, you are refunded in full.
