This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website or contact Loukas Panether trading as Everylife. It is written to be read, not to be waved at a regulator.
What we collect
- If you join the mailing list: your first name and email address, plus the fact that you consented, when, and which page you were on at the time.
- If you contact him: whatever you send, and the contact details attached to it, so he can reply and so he has your history if you become a client.
- If you browse: standard analytics and advertising data, described under Cookies below. This does not include your name unless you have given it to us.
Anything you tell Loukas about your health, your circumstances or your history is treated as confidential. It is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load a small number of measurement and advertising tools. Through it we currently use, or may use:
- Google Analytics, to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from.
- The Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads tags, to measure whether advertising works and to show ads to people who have already visited.
- Comparable tags from other advertising platforms, if and when they are used.
These set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, and share information with those providers about the pages you visited and the actions you took, such as clicking through to book a call or messaging on WhatsApp. That is what makes retargeting possible: seeing an Everylife ad later because you visited this site.
We do not pass your name, email address, phone number, or anything you have told Loukas about your health or circumstances to any advertising platform.
Turning it off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working. You can also opt out at the source:
- Google Analytics: the browser opt-out add-on.
- Google Ads personalisation: My Ad Center.
- Meta: ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
The mailing list
You only go on it if you tick the box asking to. When you do, you will get occasional emails about new content, sessions, experiences, retreats and the occasional question asking what you would find useful.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also just reply and ask to come off, which works equally well. The list is managed in our email platform and is never sold or rented.
Booking and payment
Bookings are handled by a third-party booking system at book.everylife.com.au, which collects your name, contact details and payment information under its own privacy terms. Everylife never sees or stores your card details.
Other third parties
The meditation page embeds a video from YouTube using their privacy-enhanced player. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Messages sent on WhatsApp sit with WhatsApp under their own terms. Each of these may receive your IP address as part of delivering that content.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email enaspecial@gmail.com and it will be actioned.
Everylife handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and sends marketing email in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). If something here concerns you, raise it directly first, and if that does not resolve it you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
